The common thread through all my work is creating experiences for others to enjoy. When I was 11, I decided I wanted to be an actor and I was getting an agent, much to my parents' chagrin. Since then, I’ve studied theatre, improvisation and sketch comedy at world-renowned conservatories, including The Second City. While I had varying degrees of success as an actor professionally, it gave me the opportunity to work as a contractor, hone my empathy for others, all while working on the side in hospitality and event production. As a UX Researcher, my work history gives me an omni-channel perspective while creating engaging, context-aware products and digital solutions. I advocate for users through compelling storytelling to generate and maintain empathy within product teams.
